For more than 25 years, GFRC Cladding has been an industry leader completing over 450 commercial construction cladding projects throughout the continental USA, and has earned an industry-wide reputation for its ability to manage and deliver on large, fast-track construction projects anywhere in the USA.
The Company markets its products directly to large commercial architectural and engineering firms, general contractors and building owners, and has a growing list of repeat users and word-of-mouth referrals. Its long-tenured team of professionals has extensive experience in the GFRC industry and the design, engineering, production and installation of exterior wall panels.
The majority of the Company’s work is focused on the design and production of exterior wall, window, spandrel, cornice and column cover panels. These panels are widely used on hospitals and medical centers, hotels and condominiums, office buildings and retail centers, educational and civic buildings, casinos, and specialty use buildings such as sports arenas and parking garages.
The Company moved to its current 24 acre site in late 1999 (see above), and currently operates out of a 180,000 square feet facility located at 118 North Shiloh Road, Garland, Texas 75042, a suburb of Dallas, TX. Daily production capacity ranges from 2,000 to 2,400 square feet with a peak production rate as high as 4,000 square feet per day.
Since the move, GFRC Cladding has fabricated over 3.5 million square feet of GFRC panels. And it has been certified continuously by PCI for Product/Category Group G (GFRC) since 1992.
This centrally located, warm weather facility gives the Company easy logistical and geographic access to locations and cities throughout the continental United States.
